Setup- Form two lines near the goal post. The coach or a goalie in goal.

The object of the game- The coach throws the ball 10 to 15 yards into the field. One player from each line runs out and tries to win the ball and then turns and attempts to score a goal. The player who does not win the ball, plays defense and tried to prevent a shot. If the defender wins the ball back, they can shoot. Play for a certain amount of time, have players keep track of their points.
