Push Pass - Ball on the Ground
Coaching Points
-Non kicking foot planted next to Ball
-Toe pointing towards target.
-Pull kicking foot back and up and knee slightly bent.
-Strike the center of the ball with kicking foot.
-Knee and body slightly forward.
-Ankle locked.
Toe slightly raised
-Follow through towards target.
-Accuracy and Pace (speed) of the ball is important.
-PRACTICE USING BOTH FEET.
